Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SendDeck, a presentation sharing and analytics platform operated by Lukins Labs AB (Org. nr 559517-2676), a company registered in Sweden ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using SendDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use SendDeck. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SendDeck to:

• Upload, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the platform for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users

5. Your content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to SendDeck, including PDF presentations and any associated materials ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your designated recipients.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We do not review or endorse user-uploaded content.

6. Subscription plans and payment

SendDeck offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account

7. Analytics and viewer data

SendDeck provides analytics on how recipients engage with your shared presentations. This data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Analytics data is approximate and provided on an "as is" basis
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of analytics data
• As a data controller, you are responsible for how you use viewer analytics in compliance with applicable data protection laws

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the SendDeck platform — including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Lukins Labs AB. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

9. Service availability

We strive to provide a reliable and available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lukins Labs AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use SendDeck.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

SendDeck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or expectations.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.

14. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of SendDeck after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
